1. Eligibility & age verification

You must be at least 21 years old to use this site, place an order, or accept a delivery. We verify age through a third-party service that captures a photo of a valid government-issued ID alongside a live selfie. You agree to provide accurate information during verification and to present the same ID at delivery if asked.

We reserve the right to refuse service for failed verification, mismatched ID, suspected re-sale, or any other reason permitted by law.

2. Placing an order

Orders are placed through our live menu. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; the offer is accepted only when a budtender confirms availability and pricing in writing (typically by SMS). We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion before a driver dispatches.

Prices, availability, and promotional codes are live and subject to change without notice. The price you see at checkout at the moment a budtender confirms is the price that controls.

3. Delivery, pickup & coverage

We deliver inside our active coverage zones in Greater Austin and the DFW Metroplex. Specific ZIPs are subject to change. Dallas, Frisco, and Plano deliveries currently run Saturdays only.

Standard delivery fees start at $30 and may vary by distance. Express delivery is available to closer-in zones for a reduced fee. We do not ship by mail or carrier, and we do not deliver across state lines.

You agree to be present at the delivery address with valid ID. If no eligible adult is available when the driver arrives, we may cancel the run and retain a re-delivery fee.

4. Payment

Cash on delivery only. We do not accept cards, ACH transfers, or app payments at the door. Please have exact change ready — drivers do not carry banks. Tipping is at your discretion and always appreciated.

5. Returns & refunds

Because every order contains consumable products subject to chain-of-custody rules under state and federal law, all sales are final once a delivery is accepted. If a product arrives visibly damaged, defective, or differs materially from what was ordered, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll work with you on a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Promotional bundles and final-sale items are not eligible for replacement except where required by law.

6. Products, compliance & labeling

All hemp products we sell are derived from compliant industrial hemp under the 2018 Industrial Hemp Farming Act (Section 10113 of the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018) and contain no more than 0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on request for any item.

Product information on this site is for general retail context. Live SKUs, dosages, and per-batch lab results are maintained on our live menu.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t do any of the following while using the site:

• Submit false age-verification information or use another person’s ID
• Place orders on behalf of anyone under 21
• Resell or redistribute our products
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically download content from the site
• Use the site or our services to violate any law

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the site or any product purchased through us is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Disputes & governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
