1. What we collect
To run our delivery service we need three buckets of information:
- Account info — your name, phone number, email, and delivery address.
- Verification info — a photo of your government-issued ID and a selfie, captured through a third-party verification vendor at signup.
- Order info — what you bought, when you bought it, delivery notes, and any communications with our team.
We don’t collect or store full payment card numbers — we don’t process card payments at all.
2. How we use it
We use the information above to verify you’re 21+, route deliveries, communicate about your order, prevent fraud, and improve our service. We may also use aggregated, de-identified order data for menu planning and operational analytics.
3. Who we share it with
We share data with a small set of vendors who help us run the business:
- Sweede — our storefront and order management. Receives your account, cart, and delivery info.
- Our age-verification provider — receives your ID and selfie at signup. Their privacy policy controls that data once captured.
- SMS provider — used to text order updates and ETAs.
- Hosting & analytics — standard infrastructure providers that may log anonymized usage data.
We don’t sell your personal data to advertisers. We will disclose data when required to comply with a valid legal request.
4. Age verification
Verification happens through a third party who specializes in identity capture. The image of your ID and selfie are reviewed against published guidelines. Once verification clears, we keep a flag on your account confirming you’re 21+ — we don’t store the raw ID image ourselves.
5. Text messaging
By placing an order or opting in, you consent to receive order-related text messages from us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe; you may still receive transactional messages required to complete or correct an existing order. Reply HELP for assistance.
6. Cookies & analytics
We use first-party cookies and similar tools to remember session state and measure traffic. We may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand how visitors move through the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Retention
We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, regulatory, and dispute-resolution obligations. Verification data is retained according to the vendor’s policy and applicable law.
8. Your rights & choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you
- Correct anything that’s wrong
- Delete your account and associated records (subject to legal hold)
- Opt out of marketing texts and emails

9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure — if you have a specific concern about your account, contact us so we can address it.
