Required disclosures regarding the hemp products we sell.
About our products
All hemp products we offer are derived from compliant industrial hemp, as defined under Section 10113 of the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (the “2018 Farm Bill”). They contain no more than 0.3% delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ9-THC) on a dry-weight basis.
Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on request for every SKU on our menu. COAs report cannabinoid potency and screen for residual solvents, pesticides, heavy metals, and microbial contaminants according to industry-standard methods.
Age restriction
Our products are intended for adults 21 years of age and older. We verify age through a third-party identity service and confirm at delivery. Keep all products stored safely out of reach of children and pets.
Health & safety
Hemp-derived products may cause drowsiness, impaired judgment, slowed reaction time, or other effects. Do not operate a motor vehicle or heavy machinery after use. Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a known medical condition without first consulting your physician. Do not combine with alcohol or prescription medications without medical advice.
Edible products may take 30 minutes to two hours to take effect — start with a low dose, wait, and add more only as needed. Effects vary by individual.
Drug testing
Use of hemp products may result in a positive drug test for THC. We do not recommend use by anyone subject to workplace drug testing or other testing regimes. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from a positive test.
Texas state law
Our products are intended for sale and consumption by adults inside the State of Texas, in compliance with applicable state law. State law evolves — if regulations change, our menu changes with them.
