FAQ

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, delivery fee starts at $30 depending on the location from Domain. For Dallas, or anywhere outside of the radius, please inquire!

*Some locations are restricted, we do not deliver within certain zones near schools, gov’t building and others.

Do you have a store to pick up?

No, we are a delivery service only but we can set you up at a safe location in Austin (near the Domain) for an express delivery fee of $20.

Do you ship?

No, we are strictly a delivery service.

Do you accept ApplePay, GooglePay, Credit Card or App payments?

No, we only accept CASH on delivery. Please have exact change for your order as driver does not carry any change. Tips are always greatly appreciated!

What are your hours?

Sun: 11am – 8pm
Mon: 11am – 9pm
Tue-Sat: 10am-10pm
(Note: Hours may vary – due to weather/holidays)

Verification process?

For our safety we need to verify you are 21+. Send a text to (512)993-0393 of a selfie holding your ID showing clear photo of name, D.O.B. and expiration date (Driver License or Passport) to arrange a delivery time and location. You are welcome to conceal any sensitive information.

Placing an online order?

Send us a quick text to (512)993-0393 and let us know! Someone will verify your order, confirm your total and schedule you a delivery time (Please include a valid phone number).

PLEASE NOTE: If you place an online order during non-operating hours, some items may not be in stock, we will reach out in the morning to confirm your order and revise your order if needed.
